Things could be worse
Some days you just feel like everything is going wrong. No matter how much you do not want to hear it, things always could be worse. You could loose your home through fire, by no fault of your own. You could loose a child or a loved one for a host of reasons, and those situations make your bad hair day seem so trivial.
If what ever is bothering you is fixable, there is no reason to sweat the small details. Getting irritated at the small details will serve you no real purpose, as the added stress will do no good. We all have bad days, but anything short of a medical emergency, natural disaster or death is fixable and that is the bottom line.
